The Revolutionary Times - No. 51 "The Art of Twackin'"

Sebastian has currently stolen most, if not all, of mackin' guru Tariq Nasheed's female followers. It's hard out here in the Tweets.

xXSmack Peek: "50 Ways" X SpeedComicsXx

Well we at The Revolutionary Times told you we were about to make a book someday right? Well thanks to the powers of self-publishing the dream may turn into reality very soon...

That's right, we're compiling all of the "50 Ways" sketches and packaging them up into one neat lil' book. Along with the sketches, the book will have commentary from both creators, and an exclusive full color comic just for the book. The book is still in the developmental stages but it will be out just in time for Late Spring/Early Summer.

Also here another edition to "SMACK! SpeedComics" going behind the scene of how I went into making the cover, featuring the musical stylings of BLAT! Pack members JYoung The General and PHILTHY

Make sure to stay tuned to both this blog and the RT blog for more sneak peeks of the book as it gets done!

The Revolutionary Times - No. 50

Animal "Oz" is MUCH more terrifying than Human "Oz." Especially when the cellmate population includes elephants. *shudder*

xXApril Cool's DayXx

The day has arrived and the cool is in fool effect. The debut album from Cold Men Young is finally available for your listening ears. Complete with painstakingly awesome art by some guy who runs this blog (no one cares), the album is a certified must have. The intro track that features Mic Write's poetic side sets up the entire feel of the album and it doesn't disappoint even til the last song...
Cold Men Young’s freshmen effort, Champagne Nights/Red Stripe Budget, is a soundtrack for any individual taking life one day at a time. Despite current economic and social issues Cold Men Young’s album conveys the message of carpe diem very clear: Have Fun; Live Life; Dream.

Oh's FREE! Come on now.
